How do I know if an actuator has failed?

If a thermostat calls for heat but its loop stays cold and the actuator's indicator does not move after several minutes, the actuator is the likely cause. They are inexpensive to replace.

Why is my underfloor heating pump noisy?

Noise usually means air in the system, low pressure or a worn pump bearing. We bleed and check pressure first, then replace the pump if needed.

Can you upgrade to smart thermostats?

Yes, provided the wiring centre is compatible. We can fit smart zoned controls and link them to the boiler or heat pump.
